The self storage business model is predicated on being able to provide a secure and dry area for customers to store their personal belongings. Our customer was concerned about the roof during this project but was comforted when they saw the efforts that were made during construction to protect the roof. We used a non-penetrating clamping system attached to an extra stiff railing system to span the large spacing of the structural members below.
